Unable to view reports in Flash Viewer after updating Adobe Flash
Description:
Unable to view reports in Flash Viewer after updating Adobe Flash. The screen only shows a blank gray window. The last know working version is 10.0.45.2.
Prerequisite(s):
- The ability to install/uninstall software.
Fix:
1. Download and run the Adobe Flash Uninstaller available here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html.
2. Download the attached Flash installer and reinstall Flash version 10.0.45.2.
