• Access to Microsoft Office installation media (only for Microsoft Office 2003 and earlier).
• Microsoft Office 2007 or earlier (Microsoft Office 2010 is not supported).
• Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista

Fix:

In order to use MAPI to send email through C/A 6, the user must install Collaboration Data Objects. Collaboration Data Objects is available on the Microsoft Office 2003 and earlier installation media and should be installed from there if possible. Starting with Microsoft Office 2007, the Collaboration Data Objects are no longer bundled with the media and must be installed separately (See Attached).
