Incorrect syntax near ‘12’

Problem
Incorrect syntax near ‘12’. This error occurs when trying to access the Problem List page or the Action List page. This is caused by a query with a date field specified with the time code 12:00:00.

Solution
Have your IT staff contact Technical Support with the following:
  • The affected user’s login name
  • Access to the SQL Server the caWeb4 database is hosted on
Once the issue has been resolved, we highly recommend upgrading to 4.2.0.7.
